We returned to Stirling in 2011 with 2 bulls to sell. Scholland Duncans Kommander K443 was placed reserve senior champion in the pre sale show and then went on to be purchased by the Liss Angus herd for the joint top bull price of 9000gns. We wish John every success with his purchase and look forward to following Kommanders progress.

Scholland Wizard K459 then sold for 5800gns to the Moss Herd. We have great hopes for this young bull and are delighted to see him going to a pedigree herd.

Scholland Duplicator sells for 10,000gns
Our many thanks go to Messers M&S Wilson of the Newbank Aberdeen Angus herd for their purchase of Duplicator. We wish them every success and look forward to seeing this exciting young bulls progeny.

Scholland Duplicator J404 Entered for Perth Bull Sales in Oct 2010 at Stirling
We have retained Duplicator for the October bull sales as we believe he is the best bull from our succesful Skaill Diana x Rawburn Echester flush.
He is a long, correct bull with a tremendous top, thickness and plenty of character. He is a flush brother to Diana J406 who was the 2009 Black Beauty Bonanza Heifer calf champion. Below are a few pictures of Duplicator, his dam, Skaill Diana E355 is pictured on our females page.

Scholland Detonator J401 sells to John Alec Cromarty, Loch End. Detonator is another flush son of Diana E355 many thanks to John Alec for his purchase.

Calving is finished again, the Blackmagic calves look to be a very promising group with plenty of strong heifer calves. The stand out calves for this year include a Youngdale Superior heifer calf off Diana E355, Scholland Diana K450 is full of breed character, thickness and style. Duncans Delight had a bull calf by Blelack Prince Consort, Scholland Duncans Kommander K443 is very powerful with heaps of length and scope whilst still maintaining plenty of thickness.

Scholland Diana J406 was placed Heifer calf champion at this years Black Beauty Bonanza. The show which is organised by the North East Angus Club attracted 120 entries and is one of the premier Angus calf shows every year. The Bonanza was judged by Doug Robertson from the famous Coldstream angus herd in Canada.
Diana J406 is the result of the fluch we did on Skaill Diana E355 and by Rawburn Echester, Diana's flush brother Scholland Dominant J402 stood 3rd in a very competitive class and was complemented on by the judge for his size and power, look out for him in the future!

Calving is now finished with the highlight being our remaining embryo calves being born. We have finished up with 5 heifers and 4 bull calves and are very pleased with them all (pictures to follow). We also have a Nightingale Defiance x Wistaria heifer which is seriously thick and looks to be something special. The few calves we have by Scholland WIseguy were born unassisted and are shaping up well with excelllent muscling.
